What if the government is using the public as testing subjects. The first UAV college program in the nation and one of the largest was implemented in my hometown of Salina, Kansas at Kansas State Polytechnic. The college program laumches their drones all across our city, especially lurking within tree lines or on bordering city/county lines. There’s no coincidence that 10 miles from where I live is the Smoky Hill Weapons Range. This site is operated by all depts of the Armed Forces, as well as D.O.D. and FEMA. There is a multi-faceted training area dubbed Crisis City. Its where alot of clandestine military activity occurs and launch drones from their airfield. Also the Weapons Range is ran by the 184th Intelligence Wing working with Army and Air Force ISR (Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance) Agency. They fly huge drones the size of a tank as well directly above the intersection of Interstate 70 and Interstate 135. Known as the CrossRoads of America
