3. Mora Clipper Companion

This is one of my favorite knives in the world. This knife carves with more ease than pretty much any other blade that I have ever used. It sharpens super easily and stays razor sharp for a long time. It is very durable and only costs like $15 bucks. Since they are so good and so cheap I own like at least 8 of these knives and just keep them . . .
